The Annual Pumpkin Carving

This year's theme: The Year of Balance!
Our 2024 pumpkin design features a Celtic triskelion symbol, which I drew freehand with some creative styling added in for fun. The triskelion symbol dates back hundreds of years and is characterized by three swirling arms of equal size. The three branches represent the balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit.
This concept of balance is the perfect representation of our focus for this year, which has been all about healing, on all levels, and bringing ourselves into better alignment with our goals and values. This has taken the form of experiments in extreme diets and cold plunges, new exercise regimens and equipment, schedule and sleep pattern changes, psychological evaluations and testing, and so much more.
Some of these experiments will undoubtedly result in lifelong habits, while others may just be a temporary dabble. Time will tell! If there's one thing you can count on, it's that we are always up to something new!

That Year We Were a Deer and Hunter
Because we got invited to a party at Aunt Dawn's house, and only had a few days to come up with something ~ but you don't just show up to a party at Aunt Dawn's house without putting in a bit of effort. Not after she hand-made her own salsa and chili and peach margaritas. Not unless you were brought up in a barn. I think I've made my point here.
That Year We Were Gomez and Morticia Addams
